At Allied Pharmacy Group Pty Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit or style, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it remains in original condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, hygiene seals, and branded boxes are included and undamaged.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or post office.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
